The games on Gamivu, their names, artwork and sound, and the text of the site are the work of Gamivu and are protected by copyright.

Sending a notice

If you believe something on Gamivu infringes your copyright or trademark, send a notice through the contact form with the topic Copyright or trademark. Include:

• the address of the page or game on Gamivu
• the work or mark you believe is infringed, and where the original can be seen
• your name, and the organisation you act for if you are not the owner
• an email address for the reply
• a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, that the notice is accurate, and that you own the rights or may act for the owner

What happens next

Each notice is checked against the page it names, and the answer goes to the address you give. Content found to infringe is changed or removed. A notice without the page address or a reply address cannot be acted on.
