Casual

(5)

One-tap and one-finger games decided by timing: stack slabs, throw knives into a spinning log, drop a ball through a tower. The first round teaches the controls; later stages tighten the timing.

One input, rising pressure

Altura Stack drops a sliding slab with one tap; the overhang is cut off, and three exact drops in a row start growing the slab back. Heartwood Knife Throw has you split a spinning log without hitting a knife already in it, with a boss log every fifth stage. Rondo Ball Drop turns a tower so a bouncing ball falls through the gaps, and three rings in one fall charges it to smash the next.

Lanthorn Platformer is the longest of the group: 60 levels and 5 hidden ones across five worlds, with medal times and three gems to find per level.

Frequently asked questions

Which casual games have a hard mode?

All of them. Altura opens it at 25 layers, Rondo at level 10 and Heartwood after the first boss log; each one speeds things up rather than changing the controls.
