About Cassia Cooking
Cassia cooks the line in six kitchens across one town: a morning diner, a copper bistro, a night market wok stall, a charcoal grill, a trattoria and a spice house. Tickets keep coming, and nothing on the stove waits for you.
Flip pancakes, sear steaks, toss a wok and plate every ticket before the customer leaves. Six kitchens, 36 shifts, a daily shift and a cook-off.
How to play Cassia Cooking
Tap an ingredient to put it in a pan, or drag it to the spot you want. Food browns on the side facing down, and its edge shows that underside: when the edge turns golden, tap the food to flip it. Drag a finished food up onto a ticket; when every part of a ticket is on its plate, the order is served. The centre of a skillet is hottest and its rim cooler, so slide food outward to slow it. Tap a pan's handle to toss it and flip everything inside at once. Golden flips and perfect plates fill Flow; when it is full, tap Flambé on a pan to cook everything in it perfectly. Customers leave when their ticket's bar runs out.

Features
Six kitchens, 36 shifts
Morning Diner, Copper Bistro, Night Market Wok, Ember Grill, Trattoria and Spice House hold six shifts each. Every kitchen brings new food and a new technique: heat knobs, a wok that must keep moving, grill rolling, a sauce pot and tempered spices.
Browning you can read
Food changes colour as it cooks, the edge shows the side underneath, steam rises from what is cooking and smoke warns of burning. No timers on the food.
Tosses and Flambé
Toss a pan to flip everything at once; two or more golden flips in one toss score a bonus. Golden flips and perfect plates fill Flow, and a full Flow flambés a whole pan to perfect.
Stars, hard mode and a daily shift
Each shift has three star scores. Finishing the Morning Diner opens hard mode, where tickets wait 40% less time. The daily shift has the same tickets for everyone.
Cook-off with a friend
Send a link and cook the same nine tickets side by side, each on your own stove; the higher score wins.
Tips
- Watch the edge, not the top: the thin ring around a food is the colour of its underside, and golden means flip now.
- Pour two pancakes at the same moment and toss the pan when both edges are golden: two golden flips in one toss score a bonus and fill Flow faster.
- Steak and cutlets brown faster than they cook inside. Once both sides are golden, move them to the rim until juice beads on top.
- In the wok, start prawns first and greens last, and tap the wok whenever it has been still for a second.
- Save Flambé for a pan holding three or four foods at different stages: it finishes all of them perfectly at once.
Frequently asked questions
How do I know when to flip?
Look at the thin edge around the food: it shows the colour of the underside. When it turns golden, tap the food. A small glint also shows the moment it gets there.
Why can I not plate my steak?
It is still raw inside. Thick foods need time after both sides are golden: move them to the cooler rim or turn the heat down until juice beads on top.
What is the difference between a sunny and an over easy egg?
A sunny egg is never flipped; plate it once the white is set. An over easy egg is flipped once and plated a few seconds later. The ticket shows which one it wants.
What does Flambé do?
When the Flow bar is full, a Flambé button appears under each pan with food in it. Tapping it cooks everything in that pan perfectly at once, and Flow starts over.
Can I play on my phone?
Yes. Tap, drag and the pan handles all work by touch, and the layout fills a phone held upright or sideways.
Is my progress saved?
Yes. Opened shifts, stars and best scores stay on this device, and the site's device sync can move them to another one.
