Short rounds and long campaigns
Dropolis Hole gives you 90 seconds to swallow a city while three rival holes grow alongside you. Arcline Racing is three laps against five rivals on coast, desert and city tracks, with a boost you earn by drifting. Saltway Runner is a three-lane endless run where the score multiplier climbs at 250, 600 and 1,000 metres.
Lanthorn Platformer has 60 levels and 5 hidden ones across five worlds, with wall jumps, a dash and a boss at the end of each world. Voidwake Space Shooter runs a 50-level campaign in five sectors with an upgrade pick after every level. Cinderhold Survivor is twelve minutes against a growing horde per stage, and Vallum Tower Defense is eight maps with four tower types, then an endless mode.
Hard mode is earned
Each game unlocks a hard mode once you reach a goal inside it, such as winning a race in Arcline, clearing map 4 in Vallum or finishing a round first in Dropolis. Hard mode keeps the rules and raises the pressure, so it is a second game for the same controls rather than a difficulty slider.
Frequently asked questions
Do the action games work on a phone?
All of them can be played on a touch screen. On a phone, Play opens the game full screen, and Vallum Tower Defense has its own portrait layout for holding the phone upright.
