Decant Water Sort

An apothecary's shelves have been knocked about and every tincture has run into the wrong glass. Pour them back apart, one colour to a tube, before the shop opens.

Pour coloured liquid between glass tubes until each colour fills one tube. 320 racks in ten chapters, a daily rack, and a pattern on every colour.

Tap a tube to pick it up, then tap another to pour. A pour moves the top layer onto a tube that is empty or has the same colour on top, as much as fits. A tube that holds every unit of one colour is corked and done; the rack is sorted when every colour is. Each rack has a par in moves: match it for three stars, stay close for two. You get five undos per rack and one extra empty tube, which limits that rack to one star. Each chapter adds one new rule: racks of up to ten colours, hidden layers that show only as you pour off what is above them, tubes and colours of different sizes, tinted glass that takes only its own colour, padlocks that open when their colour is finished, funnel tubes you can only pour into and spout tubes you can only pour out of. Every colour also carries its own pattern, so the rack reads without telling colours apart. Solving 20 racks opens hard mode: no undo, no extra tube and a move limit.
